FERNANDO J. TORRES, MD, CWSP, PCWC, WCC, DWC, CHWS, FACCWS
Dr. Torres has been practicing hyperbaric medicine and wound management since 2005. He has managed over 4,000 patients with acute and chronic wounds throughout the northern, central, and eastern regions of Puerto Rico, and worked 12 years in the Department of Hyperbaric Medicine and Wounds of the Medical Center of Puerto Rico.
He is currently the Chief Medical Officer of Wound Therapeutics of Florida LLC, offering advanced wound care in Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Torres initially focused on treating scars from closed wounds, aiming to improve healing and restore skin health. Over time, he expanded his expertise to include aesthetic treatments, offering patients enhanced options for skin rejuvenation and overall appearance.
